Welcome to VedicRemedy LLC. Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in the immediate cancellation of your registration.

1. Acceptance And Eligibility

By using this site, you agree to these terms. Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Some information may be visible to users under 18. There are no location restrictions. This site is not intended for children under 13. Parents may email vedicRemedy@email.com to request deletion of a child’s data.

2. License And Ownership

VedicRemedy LLC owns all content, including the VedicRemedy name and logo (registered trademark). All materials are provided for personal viewing only and may not be reused, copied, or redistributed without written consent.

3. Registration And User Rules

To register, you must provide your phone number, first and last name, and date of birth. Please ensure all information is accurate and current. During calls, users must not use abusive language or interrupt astrologers once a question has been asked. Maintain respectful communication and refrain from commenting on anyone’s appearance.

4. Payments, Delivery, And Liability

We accept payments through Stripe. Services are provided online via audio or video sessions. Physical products are shipped after orders are confirmed. We make no warranties regarding services or products and are not liable for errors, delays, or losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service or product.

5. Changes, Suspension, And Disputes

We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for reasons such as false information, unverified accounts, legal concerns, or policy violations. The laws of the State of California govern these terms. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate California courts.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled call are eligible for a refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled call will be issued.

7. Location Access Required

Appointments require that users enable device location. Without location access, bookings cannot be processed.
