Refund Policy

Below you will find our refund rules, including when you can cancel and how refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Window

• You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled call.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled call time are not eligible for any changes or refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

• All services are generally non-refundable.
• A refund may only be considered if there is a verified technical failure on our server side during the scheduled session.
• Failure to attend the session (No-show) will result in a total loss of the booking fee.

3. Processing Timeline

• Approved refund requests are processed within 2 to 5 weeks.
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
